Do we know when Jeanette passed away? Was she ill? Did she have children? She was often mistreated by the other kids in grade school and I enjoyed catching up with her at our 10th reunion and was hoping to catch up again this year. I am sad to know she has passed and hope she found happiness in this life.
Jeanette passed away July 4th 2005. She was a sweet person. I had the pleasure of having her as a neighbor. She never had any children, however she had oodles of nieces & nephews who she adored & they adored her. My daughter loved to go to Jeanettes & hang out. Jeanette had Breast Cancer a couple of years earlier & was a survivor. She keep her sense of humor the whole time. Her favorite story was telling friends how while she was in the hospital that my daughter & another neighbor had to go to her place to teach her husband Mark how to scramble eggs & make his way around the kitchen. The poor man was clueless! Jeanette did everything for him. Jeanette re-entered the hospital July 1st 2005. She was retaining water & was swollen really bad. I went to see her the 2nd & she was in great spirts. She was being discharged from the hospital when she collasped in the hall. They revived her once & she collasped again. They later said she had died of a blood clot. They also told Mark that they had found cancer through out her body. I truley believe Jeanette was taken from us so she did not have to endure the pain of the cancer. She had a strong belief in God & was a good person. I was glad I had got to know her and was able to say she was my friend.
